Villa Petunia is a stunning and well-distributed 4-bedroom villa for up to 8 people, offering wonderful views of the Los Alcornocales Natural Park.

Spread over two floors: The entrance level offers a foyer, a bright living and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, a guest toilet, and one bedroom with a double bed and en-suite bathroom with shower. The large balcony, accessible from the living room, features a barbecue area, outdoor kitchen, dining table and chairs, and a sofa and coffee table overlooking the pool and valley.

The ground floor offers 3 additional bedrooms, 2 of which have access to the impressive pool and garden. One bedroom offers twin beds and an en-suite bathroom with a sink and shower. Another bedroom offers a queen-size bed, and the bathroom has a shower and double sinks. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub, double sinks, and a separate shower. There is also a laundry room on this level with a washer and dryer. All bedrooms offer air conditioning, mosquito nets on the bedroom doors/windows, and built-in wardrobes.

The inviting private garden offers a shaded chill-out area, private pool, sun loungers and a shaded bar with a refrigerator.
