The province of Cádiz is a natural gem. There are many hiking trails of all levels from Benalup. They offer a guide with 300 trails in the province of Cádiz. It indicates the difficulty level, duration, and elevation gain. It includes maps for orientation and routes both through the mountains and along the beach.
There is a hiking/cycling route from the foot of your villa.

The Costa de la Luz is home to some of the most beautiful beaches in Europe. El Palmar is the closest beach to our Villas:

MUSEUM
The "Cádiz Prehistoric" Interpretation Center in Benalup-Casas Viejas.
Through its exhibits, visitors can travel back to prehistory to learn about the customs and ways of life of the first inhabitants of this land. Benalup is home to the "Cueva del Tajo de las Figuras," a natural shelter with parietal art decorated with cave paintings and surrounded by anthropomorphic tombs.

Benalup has several outdoor padel courts, where you can easily book by the hour.

The Alcornocales Thematic and Botanical Park – Tajo de la Cisma is a unique natural area that combines biodiversity, culture, and outdoor leisure. Located in a privileged setting within the Los Alcornocales Natural Park, this park offers interpretive trails where visitors can discover the rich native flora, especially cork oaks and other Mediterranean species.
In addition, it features recreational areas, viewpoints with impressive views of the Tajo de la Cisma, rest zones, and educational spaces that explain the ecological importance of cork oak forests.
